Reservations
In order to ensure that your spa experience is available at the time you desire, we recommend scheduling treatments as far in advance as possible to your preferred times. Walk-ins are welcome but will be subject to therapist availability.
Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable you to relax and fill in a consultation if required. Please appreciate that late arrivals will not receive any extension of scheduled treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients and that the same treatment price will apply.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your therapist. Your comfort, enjoyment and safety are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa room, music volumes, allergies you may have or other issues. Please be assured that all client records and personal information will be kept confidential.
Spa Considerations

•To maintain a peaceful atmosphere we ask that you turn off your cell phones and be respectful of other guests’ right to privacy and quiet.

•Smoking is not permitted in the Spa. Please cooperate with us to maintain a clean and healthy Spa environment.

•Please leave all valuables at home or deposit them in one of our lockers. Spa Euphoria Ltd. will not be held responsible for loss of personal items.

•If you are scheduled for a body therapy or facial, please take a shower and refrain from shaving at least one hour prior to your treatment.

•Bathing suits and spare underwear may be required for certain body treatments and/or services.

•In keeping with the serene environment at the Spa, please consider leaving small children at home so that you and others may relax completely during the treatments.

•Guests must be at least 16 years of age to have a private treatment. Spa services for those 16 and younger are provided at our discretion, and a parent or adult guardian must be present.

•Unisex services are offered in all our treatments.

•If you are pregnant, your medical professional’s consent is requested before we begin your treatment.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity which is both appropriate and appreciated. Sorry, no tips on credit cards.
